Job summary

Human Interest is hiring a Partner Account Manager to expand referral relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors across SMBs in the United States. You will drive growth by building strategic partnerships, solving cross-functional issues, and executing joint demand-generation activities.

The role requires proactive, organized, self-motivated sales professionals who can travel around the U.S. three days a week and thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPA's and financial advisors in the SMB space.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Create and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new opportunities.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to promote partner sales via events, emails, webinars, etc.
• Establish business goals and metrics with partners to drive go-to-market and demand-generation.
