Job summary

Human Interest seeks a proactive Partnership Account Manager to expand and manage key SMB partner relationships across the United States. You will accelerate partner growth by building networks with tech partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors, while coordinating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, autonomous, and able to operate in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and maintaining relationships with tech/HCM partners and advisors.
• Proven track record in quota-driven sales within SMB space.
• Self-motivated relationship builder who works independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in SMB.
• Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive GTM strategies.
• Work with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales (events, email, webinars).
• Set business goals with partners and develop go-to-market and demand-gen activities.
