BizLibrary is seeking a Partner Growth Manager to work with existing Partner accounts to achieve retention and growth across the United States. The role focuses on leading strategic partnerships and channel sales to expand BizLibrary's SaaS footprint in the L&D space, while building alliances with resellers and referral partners to drive top-of-funnel pipeline.

• 3+ years in partnership retention and growth, business development, or channel sales in HCM, payroll, or LMS sectors.
• Strategic sales proficiency with a strong grasp of partner dynamics.
• Proven success building long-term, impactful, measurable relationships.
• Excellent communicator and presenter with influence at all levels.
• Self-driven and effective in a remote, fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
