Job summary

Power Digital, a leading growth marketing firm, is seeking a Partner Manager to own and grow relationships with executives, SMB consulting firms, and agencies along the East Coast, activating our referral playbook.

You will onboard partners, build trust, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, client service, and product, and report to the VP of Partnerships. This role offers remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements across the US and a strong focus on pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or partnerships at an agency or tech company.
• Experience managing a pipeline or shared pipeline in partnership with a sales team.
• Experience working with professional services firms, consulting firms, agencies, and/or fractional CMOs/executives.

Responsibilities

• Own partner relationships with executives, SMB consulting firms, and agencies.
• Activate and onboard partners using the referral partner playbook.
