Job summary

Steer is seeking a remote Partner Manager to scale our automotive aftermarket partner ecosystem across parts suppliers, shop systems, and AI providers. You will own operational programs, enablement, and partner communications, reporting to the Sr. Director of Partnerships.

You will coordinate integrations, manage partner onboarding, and ensure cross-functional readiness with Sales, CS, Marketing and RevOps. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in partnerships, channel operations, or ecosystem management in automotive aftermarket.
• Deep knowledge of how independent repair shops operate and evaluate software.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex multi-party initiatives across departments.
• Hands-on experience with CRMs and reporting tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Scale Partner Program Operations: enrollments, incentives, performance reporting; coordinate announcements and enablements.
• Drive Directory-as-a-Service (DaaS) execution with partner onboarding and activation tracking.
• Coordinate integration ecosystems; align Product/Engineering on launches and beta testing.
• Manage tech & service relationships; onboarding, issue resolution, and joint execution with marketing and AI partners.
• Enable Sales and CS with resources and knowledge to close partner-driven opportunities.
