Job summary

Steer is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to scale our partner ecosystem in the automotive aftermarket. This 100% remote role is open to US-based candidates and reports to the Sr. Director of Partnerships.

You will own end-to-end partner operations, manage DaaS initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional integration programs to drive growth and profitability for Steer’s platform.

Qualifications

• Industry & ecosystem experience in automotive aftermarket or related SaaS.
• Deep understanding of how independent repair shops operate and select software.

Responsibilities

• Scale Partner Program Operations end-to-end, enrollments and performance tracking.
• Drive DaaS execution: eligibility data, locator onboarding, activation tracking.
• Coordinate integration ecosystems with Product and Engineering on launch readiness.
• Manage tech and service partner relationships including onboarding and issue resolution.
• Enable internal Sales and CS with resources and knowledge to close partner-driven opportunities.
