The Affiliati Network is looking for a results-driven partnerships and sales professional to win new brands, negotiate budgets, and grow existing advertiser relationships from outreach to launch and beyond. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams including Compliance and Finance to ensure profitable launches.

Daily work spans instant messaging and email, where clear writing and swift task switching keep deals moving.

Qualificações

• Proven results selling to or managing brands and advertisers in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Strong written selling: uncover needs, explain value, handle objections, secure commitments.
• Fast, organized task switching: move between conversations with context.
• Understanding of the full sales cycle: know approvals and decisions required.
• Commercial fluency: use data to interpret conversion, payouts, revenue, and margin.
• Independent execution: follow through without reminders and learn new platforms quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Win new business by researching brands, negotiating budgets and payouts, turning prospects into active accounts.
• Grow accounts profitably by using performance data to secure offers, larger budgets and better terms.
• Move deals across departments, coordinate setup and Compliance approvals, work with Finance on terms and billing.
• Get offers live accurately by confirming traffic types, payouts, budgets, landing pages, and launch requirements.
• Keep conversations moving with clear, actionable replies and maintain current pipeline and records.
• Shift priorities quickly between prospecting, negotiations, live issues, and internal requests.
• Resolve issues by addressing advertiser concerns, traffic quality questions, and payment issues.
