Job summary

Affirm is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to orchestrate cross-channel campaigns with merchant partners across North America. You will coordinate co-marketing plans, manage budgets, and work with internal teams to drive GMV, revenue, and customer acquisition.

You will partner with marketing, sales, product, growth, and legal teams to ensure compliant, high-impact programs across onsite, offsite, and affiliate channels. Remote-first with flexibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Partner, Performance, Affiliate, or Product Marketing.
• Experience working with partners to develop plans and launch marketing programs across multiple media channels.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models.
• A clear understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms.
• Analytical and data-oriented, with a focus on using performance metrics to build campaigns that deliver results.
• Experience using performance analytics to identify insights and continuously optimize campaigns.
• A commercial mindset, with experience identifying opportunities to grow partner investment and contribute to revenue and performance goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• The ability to influence others and coordinate resources and relationships to deliver strong results.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and coordinate the execution of full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across categories and channels, including onsite, offsite, and affiliate.
• Build and nurture day-to-day marketing relationships with merchant partners, identifying opportunities to improve performance and support growth.
• Support the marketing strategy and campaign performance of assigned merchant partners, identifying opportunities to grow merchant investment and contribute to revenue and performance goals.
• Execute and optimize affirm Marketing Solutions programs across onsite Marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate, and emerging channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights and recommendations that improve future investment, iROAS, and program performance.
• Serve as a merchant advocate and coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to improve execution, streamline processes, and share campaign learnings.
• Coordinate inbound RFP requests, supporting the development of dedicated marketing plans and materials for prospective partners.
• Help identify campaign targets based on business goals focused on acquisition, engagement, and loan takeup.
• Work closely with the media agency, Growth Marketing, and Brand and Creative teams to coordinate media plans, creative briefs, and content development.
• Support business-critical processes, including partner marketing budget tracking, the comprehensive co-marketing calendar, compliance submissions, and campaign documentation.
• Leverage industry knowledge and research to contribute to vertical-specific marketing strategies and plans that support business goals.
