Tealium Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Sales Director to lead the expansion of our Partner Ecosystem through strategic, hands-on leadership.

You will drive joint revenue opportunities and scalable programs while leveraging AI-driven workflows to optimize ecosystem growth. This role requires ownership mentality and a commitment to data-driven decision-making to ensure partner strategies deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, business development or related commercial roles in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to grow strategic partnerships and generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies with technology partners and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a high-impact partner strategy across Sales and leadership, using data-driven insights.
• Structure and scale strategic partnerships to exceed revenue targets.
• Develop joint go-to-market plans and enablement to accelerate pipeline growth and partner success.
• Manage partner-generated pipeline with accurate forecasting and accountability.
