Job summary

Engine is seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations, Partnerships, to partner with the Chief Business Officer and lead how the partnerships organization plans and executes. You will drive strategy, build data-driven insights, and own productivity improvements using AI to accelerate partner value.

You will hire and lead a small team of analysts and operations partners, work within Revenue Operations, and collaborate with Growth and Corporate Finance to optimize partner economics and GTM results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy & operations or revenue operations, with partnerships/channel experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, or marketplace.
• Trusted strategic and operational partner to VP/ C-level revenue leaders.
• Experience shaping AI and automation within a partnerships motion at scale.
• Deep knowledge of partner economics: tiering, forecasting, attribution, rev-share, and deal desks.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on modeling ability.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Own segmentation, partner tiering, and book of business design for BD and Partner Success.
• Define metrics, instrumentation, and governance for GBV, pipeline, and X attach.
• Build and lead partnerships operating cadence: annual planning, reviews, QBRs.
• Standardize motion, handoffs, and rules of engagement across partners.
• Lead AI strategy and rollout for scoring, forecasting, and insights.
