Job summary

Circle is seeking a Partner Development Associate to be the first contact for partners and prospects. You will qualify inbound leads, route them to the right BD or sales motion, and own the full qualification motion for top-priority opportunities.

You’ll build deep knowledge of Circle’s portfolio, collaborate with senior colleagues, and ensure every prospect has a positive first experience in a fast-moving queue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing, partner-facing, sales development, or related roles.
• Ability to qualify leads and route to the next step with clarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication, rapport-building, and qualification questioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage a prioritized inbound queue and respond within SLA.
• Own qualification and handoff on high-priority leads with discovery and routing.
• Handle inbound leads across Circle product portfolio.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover goals, use case, needs, and readiness.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and disposition/close cases within 24 hours.
• Utilize CRM and AI-enabled tools to improve prioritization and engagement.
