Job summary

Circle is seeking a Partner Development Associate in Boston to be the first contact for partners and prospects. You’ll qualify inbound leads, route them to the BD or sales motion, and own the full qualification on high-priority opportunities.

You’ll build depth across Circle’s product portfolio and collaborate with senior colleagues on complex cases. You will manage a fast-moving inbound queue, maintain CRM data integrity, and ensure timely follow-through.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer- or partner-facing roles.
• Ability to qualify inbound leads and route to the right motion.
• Strong written and verbal communication; build rapport.
• Excellent CRM hygiene and data discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage prioritized inbound queue and respond within SLA.
• Own qualification and handoff for high-priority leads.
• Qualify leads across Circle product portfolio.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover goals and readiness.
• Maintain CRM data and close/disposition within 24 hours.
• Use CRM and AI tools to improve prioritization and follow-up.
