Circle in Houston is seeking a Partner Development Associate to be the first contact for partners and prospects, evaluating fit, qualifying inbound leads, and routing them to the right BD or sales motion. You’ll own the full qualification motion on high-priority leads, build depth across Circle's portfolio, and partner with senior colleagues on cases needing judgment.

You’ll be energized by a fast-moving inbound queue, ask good questions, and ensure every prospect has a positive first experience

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in customer- or partner-facing roles.
• Experience qualifying inbound leads and routing to BD or sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn fintech/digital asset concepts.
• CRM hygiene and accurate data entry.

Aufgaben

• Manage a prioritized inbound queue and respond to new leads within SLA.
• Own the full qualification and handoff motion on high-priority leads, including discovery, routing, and a clear next step.
• Manage inbound leads across Circle's product portfolio.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover goals, use case, and readiness to move forward.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and close cases within 24 hours of last contact.
