Job summary

Circle is hiring a Partner Development Associate to be the first point of contact for partners and prospective customers, qualifying inbound leads, and routing them to the right BD or sales motion. You’ll own the full qualification motion on high-priority leads, and partner with senior colleagues on cases needing judgment.

You’ll manage a prioritized inbound queue, maintain CRM data hygiene, and use CRM and AI-enabled tools to improve response time and qualification quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer- or partner-facing roles.
• Experience managing a prioritized pipeline and discovery.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to assess business fit and route decisions.
• CRM hygiene and timely follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and route to BD or sales.
• Own qualification motion on high-priority leads.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and 24-hour dispositions.
• Respond to new leads within the team’s SLA.
• Engage across Circle product portfolio.
