Responsibilities

• Define the structure and components of a partner enablement program, including onboarding and training.
• Lead development of systems for partner communication and feedback loops.
• Coordinate with internal partner teams to operationalize program benefits.
• Leverage analytics to track and improve program initiatives using CRM data.
• Act as a trusted advisor to potential partners and coach team members.
• Mentor and train team members and support change management during program launches.
