Job summary

Benchling is looking for a Partner Enablement Program Manager to build and own the enablement programs that prepare our implementation partners to deliver Benchling in pharmaceutical and life science accounts. You will design, create, and maintain curriculum and certification tracks, and establishing feedback loops to keep programs current and effective.

You will collaborate with other Benchling teams across Customer Experience, Product, and Partners, and directly with partner organizations

Qualifications

• BS or MSc in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or life sciences.
• Experience enabling teams serving scientific industries.
• 4+ years in enablement, training, or program management with external audiences.
• Ability to design enablement programs from scratch.
• Experience with SI, channel, or implementation partners in SaaS is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and own a scalable partner enablement framework.
• Build tiered partner certification paths aligned to delivery standards.
• Serve as the primary enablement contact for partner programs.
• Facilitate live training sessions, onboarding cohorts, and certification workshops.
• Define partner readiness criteria and gate partner-led delivery.
• Maintain a structured enablement content repository.
• Collaborate with Benchling teams to develop scalable onboarding and release enablement.
• Define and track partner enablement KPIs.
