Blackbaud is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to strengthen our partner ecosystem. You will plan and execute enablement programs, develop curriculums, and coordinate events to educate partners on our solutions and initiatives.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to translate programs into tangible partner revenue and engagement. This role supports a remote-friendly, fast-paced, tech/SaaS environment in the United States.
About the role: We are looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to join our partner team to support our evolving partner ecosystem. You will do this by collaborating with the Blackbaud internal teams to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement programs to raise awareness and educate our partners about our programs, solutions, services, and initiatives to drive partner success and contribute to overall business growth.

The starting base pay is $87,700.00 to $114,200.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
