Job summary

NetBox Labs is seeking a remote Partner Concierge to support and scale our partner ecosystem across EMEA. You will serve as the primary operational interface for partner field teams, enabling alignment, enablement, and timely communication.

In this role you will nurture relationships with partner sellers and technical counterparts, coordinate go-to-market activities, and drive opportunity progression while working across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales or sales-adjacent experience in B2B tech.
• High technical aptitude: learn new technology quickly and effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating CRM systems and learning new tools quickly.
• High-ownership, self-directed remote operator; work across EMEA hours with data discipline.
• Collaborative team player; partners with CAMs and the Global Alliances Lead.
• Able to coordinate across multiple time zones within EMEA.
• Nice to have: hands-on HubSpot experience and PRM tooling.
• Nice to have: exposure to channel/SI/partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a list of partner field contacts and align with NetBox Labs AEs by geography and tier.
• Facilitate introductions and ongoing relationship development between partner sellers and NetBox Labs field teams.
• Support Account Mapping by identifying shared accounts and next steps; ensure follow-through.
• Coordinate account mapping sessions and field marketing events with Partner AEs.
• Coordinate Technical and Sales Enablement sessions; track attendance.
• Build competency profiles for partner sellers based on engagement.
• Drive structured field outreach to keep NetBox Labs top of mind with Tier 1/2 partners.
