Job summary

EAB is hiring a Partner Development Executive to establish relationships with education institutions and drive new partner growth across the 2-year higher education segment. You will map partner challenges to EAB’s data-driven insights and services, lead presentations, and manage a sales process focused on achieving and exceeding targets.

The role supports multiple locations including Washington, DC and Richmond, VA, with remote possibilities across the continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with track record of revenue goals
• Experience presenting complex products to external partners
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Willingness to travel domestically 25–50%
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work across multiple institutions

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new business within an assigned territory and grow partners
• Meet with leaders to discuss challenges and map solutions to EAB services
• Conduct live presentations and product demonstrations for prospective partners
• Manage sales pipeline to meet annual revenue goals
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and delivery teams to drive revenue
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and market trends
• Provide insights from visits to inform future initiatives
• Mentor Sales Associate toward goal achievement
