You will evaluate partners' customer success capabilities and translate evidence into objective assessments. The role requires an audit background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to review high volumes of documentation while maintaining professional presence with executive partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Auditing, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years in formal audit, compliance, quality assurance, or rigorous document-review.
• Analytical mind and ability to synthesize subjective info into structured outcomes.
• Experience handling high-volume document review and operational auditing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to articulate requirements clearly.
• Strong executive presence when interacting with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive desk reviews, including documentation reviews and artifact audits.
• Analyze high-volume document submissions with accuracy.
• Assess evidence against practice maturity standards using objective criteria.
• Translate subjective evidence into standardized assessments.
• Communicate findings clearly to Partners and internal stakeholders.
• Engage with executive-level partners on Customer Success maturity discussions.
