Del Oro Consulting is seeking a meticulous Partner Compliance Manager to support the Global Partner Organization and Customer Success Practice Maturity Program. You will evaluate partner customer success capabilities against maturity standards, translating evidence into objective assessments and applying robust audit frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Auditing, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years in formal audit, compliance, quality assurance, or rigorous document-review.
• Understanding of Customer Success and the LAER model.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize subjective info into structured outcomes.
• Experience handling high-volume document review and auditing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate requirements to diverse audiences.
• Executive presence when interacting with stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive desk reviews to verify evidence for the Partner program.
• Analyze high-volume partner documents with accuracy.
• Assess evidence against LAER principles to ensure compliance.
• Convert subjective evidence into objective, defensible assessments.
• Offer independent judgments within audit frameworks.
• Clearly articulate findings to Partners and stakeholders.
• Represent client in discussions on Customer Success maturity with executives.
• Champion LAER phases in partner evaluations.
