Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Program Compliance Manager to ensure partners meet promotional requirements with our Regulated Compliance tool. You will be the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries and drive risk-aware processes across strategic accounts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch compliance services and support senior initiatives. A strong focus on communication, detail, and proactive risk management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in software applications and customer support.
• Background in compliance investigations within performance marketing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for strategic partnerships and agencies.
• Advise on best practices and oversee compliance processes with Regulated Compliance tool.
• Lead the compliance workstream for key partnerships and major brand launches.
• Collaborate with client success, product/engineering, and operations teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert on program compliance internally and externally.
• Support senior team members on strategic initiatives and projects.
• Develop and deliver presentations on compliance matters.
• Monitor and manage compliance cases with accurate documentation and timely resolution.
