impact.com is seeking a Program Compliance Manager in New York for a remote-friendly role. You’ll own compliance for a portfolio of accounts, act as the main contact for compliance inquiries, and manage processes using Regulated Compliance tools.

You’ll collaborate with client success, product/engineering, and operations to deliver top-tier compliance services. You bring 3+ years in customer service, 2+ years in project management, and 1+ year in compliance investigations within performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service and support in a software application product environment.
• 2+ years of project management.
• 1+ years of compliance investigations, especially in the performance marketing space.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field a plus).
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Team player, yet able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for strategic partnerships, clients and agencies, providing support and advising on best practices.
• Become an expert on impact.com’s proprietary Regulated Compliance product.
• Lead the compliance workstream for a key strategic partnership, focusing on migration and launch of major brands.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional compliance services.
• Operate as a program compliance subject matter expert internally and externally.
• Develop and deliver presentations on compliance matters.
• Monitor and manage compliance processes for assigned accounts, ensuring documentation and timely resolution of cases.
