Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Program Compliance Manager to own a select portfolio of accounts and serve as the primary contact for compliance inquiries. You’ll oversee processes using our Regulated Compliance tool and contribute to risk management across partnerships.

You will collaborate with client success, product/engineering, and operations teams to deliver compliant services and support the migration and launch of major brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service and support in a software application product environment
• 2+ years of project management
• 1+ years of compliance investigations, especially in the performance marketing space
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field a plus)
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to multitask while under pressure
• Team player, yet able to function and motivate independently

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for strategic partnerships, clients and agencies, providing support and advising on best practices
• Become an expert on impact.com’s proprietary Regulated Compliance product
• Lead the compliance workstream for a key strategic partnership, focusing on the successful migration and launch of major brands
• Work with cross-functional teams (client success, product/engineering, and operations) to deliver exceptional compliance services
• Operate as a program compliance subject matter expert internally and externally
• Work alongside senior team members, assisting with strategic initiatives and projects
• Develop and deliver presentations on compliance matters
• Monitor and manage compliance processes for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of compliance cases
