Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Program Compliance Manager to ensure partners meet promotional requirements using our Regulated Compliance tool. You will own a portfolio of accounts, serve as the main compliance contact, and work with cross-functional teams to manage risk and drive compliant growth.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lead compliance initiatives with strategic partners.

Qualifications

3+ years of customer service in a software application product environment.
2+ years of project management experience with delivery responsibility.
1+ year of compliance investigations in the performance marketing space.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field a plus).

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for strategic partnerships, clients and agencies; advise on best practices.
Become an expert on impact.com’s Regulated Compliance product.
Lead the compliance workstream for a key strategic partnership; oversee migration and launch of major brands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant services.
Develop and deliver presentations on compliance matters.
Monitor and manage compliance processes for assigned accounts.
