Job summary

Waymo LLC is seeking a remote Senior Compliance & Audit professional to lead assurance activities for partner audits, ensuring adherence to standards and timely remediation. You will manage ongoing relationships, guide corrective actions, and report findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the enterprise audit activities related to partner continued conformity with Waymo's partner standards
• Review audits of partners to assess their adherence to agreements, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines
• Collaborate with partners to address compliance or conformance issues and implement corrective action plans
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions and Waymo SME sign-off
• Provide guidance to partners on conformance with best practices and regulatory changes
• Provide regular updates to leadership about partner remediation performance
