Job summary

Waymo, the leader in autonomous driving, is seeking aSenior Business Development and Partnerships professional in a hybrid role. You will identify growth partnerships across demand channels and fleet operations to accelerate ridership and expand Waymo's commercial footprint.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to align complex partnership requirements with Waymo's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in business development or partnerships within technology, mobility, or ride-hailing sectors.
• Proven track record scaling partnerships with major commercial entities.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with operations and product teams to ensure feasible partnership models.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute high-impact growth partnerships across demand channels and fleet operations.
• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of partnerships, implementing scalable solutions.
• Bridge internal Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to align partnerships with goals and capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partner stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities from early-stage to large-scale impact.
