Responsibilities

• Own and execute a comprehensive strategy for Waymo vehicle and operator compliance to enable global scaling.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, government agencies, and vendors.
• Provide oversight of fleet and operator compliance vendors.
• Manage the team’s execution of permitting, registration, materials, shipments and renewals.
• Provide timely reporting to executives on critical compliance activities and risks.
• Scale the program through processes and automation, including AI tools.
• Design KPI frameworks and reporting structures to monitor performance.
• Establish documentation standards and lead communications with vendors and stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with software teams to build scalable regulatory solutions.
