Waymo seeks a senior leader to transform its partner and enterprise support into a tech-enabled, scalable operation. You will define global strategy, oversee 24x7 multi-channel support, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Strategy, Partnerships, Safety, and Marketing.

With 15+ years in B2B enterprise support, you will scale teams, implement AI-driven solutions, and drive governance over SLAs and quality standards. Travel up to 25% is expected; base salary includes bonus and equity.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience leading B2B enterprise support and customer operations.
Experience transforming and scaling global support operations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global, multi-year strategic vision for partner & enterprise support.
Lead deployment of specialization, tools, automation and AI-driven strategies.
Own the global design, forecasting, KPI standards and 24x7 multi-language support network.
Establish safety-critical workflows and regulatory compliance across vehicle lifecycle.
Design a Voice of the Partner feedback architecture for insights and product improvements.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Strategy, Partnerships, Safety, Marketing, and others.
