Job summary

Yelp is seeking a driven Partner Account Executive to join our fast-growing Partner Sales team. This pure hunter role centers on prospecting and closing new agency partnerships that serve SMBs, pitching Yelp’s advertising solutions to digital marketing agencies to drive local results.

The role focuses on full sales cycle ownership, consultative pitches, and strong performance in a fast-paced environment. Remote, but candidates must reside in Eastern or Central US time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital advertising sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in new business roles.
• Strong knowledge of CPC models and performance-based media.
• Experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LSAs is a plus.
• Experience selling API-based solutions in ad tech.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Self-starter with ownership and accountability.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Reliable home internet connection (no satellite).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and pitch new digital marketing agencies.
• Own the full sales cycle—from sourcing to closing.
• Deliver consultative, data-driven sales presentations.
• Communicate the value of Yelp's API integrations to agencies.
• Identify key decision-makers and budget owners.
• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for onboarding of new partners.
• Spend ~80% of time on sales and proactive outreach.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and agency models.
• Show up with a growth mindset and readiness to win.
