Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc is seeking a Partner Account Executive for its Incubation portfolio. You will lead a Global System Integrator and partner ecosystem, shaping joint plans, enablement, and managed-service packaging to drive revenue and market fit.

You will collaborate across product, legal, finance, CX, and partner delivery teams to align go-to-market goals, forecast outcomes, and secure lighthouse customers in a fast-paced, agile environment. This is a remote US-based role with no relocation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years developing and executing joint business plans and co-selling initiatives.
• 5+ years building repeatable go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks.
• 4+ years leading cross-functional collaboration across product, legal, finance and CX.
• Proven forecasting, reporting, and pipeline/milestone tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined partner portfolio (GSI, advisory, SP/telco, MSP) for incubation products.
• Develop joint business plans, enablement, funded proofs, and managed-service packaging.
• Coordinate cross-functional partner initiatives with executives and product teams.
• Drive pricing, rights, and capacity trade-offs to meet GTM goals.
