Job summary

Hrstalentsolutions is seeking a Voice Message Intake Assistant for a part-time remote role. You listen to voice messages in the approved system, capture the request accurately, and route it to the correct team. No problem solving or guessing from partial data.

You will note contact preferences and time zones, preserve uncertainty, and create or update a case with a clear next owner. Training is provided; previous call-center experience is not required. A private home office helps focus the work.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or office administration experience helps, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and document voice messages accurately within the approved system and route to the designated team.
• Review messages and link to existing online records when possible; summarize the actual request without adding missing details.
• Note any stated contact preference or time zone; flag uncertainty instead of guessing.
• Create or update a case with a clear next owner; escalate urgent matters via prescribed routes.
• Protect recordings and personal data following company rules.
