Responsibilities

• Review messages in the approved voice system.
• Match caller to existing online record when possible.
• Summarize the actual request without inventing details.
• Note contact preference and time zone.
• Escalate urgent matters via the prescribed route.
• Create or update a case with a clear next owner.
• Protect recordings and personal details under company rules.
