Hrstalentsolutions is seeking a Case Reopening Assistant to support customer-service workflows. This part-time remote role focuses on reading new customer messages, linking them to prior records, and routing according to reopening rules.

You will maintain accurate case history, preserve privacy, escalate urgent issues, and coordinate with the next owner. Training will be provided on statuses, privacy, and escalation paths.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or office administration is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to read conversation threads carefully and write concise notes.
• Attention to privacy rules and escalation paths.

Responsabilités

• Review assigned replies to closed online support cases.
• Match the message to the correct customer and earlier case.
• Identify a continuing issue or a distinct new request.
• Apply the permitted reopen or linked-case status.
• Preserve the customer's new details in their own words.
• Route an urgent or sensitive concern to the designated team.
• Note the next owner and avoid duplicate acknowledgements.
