Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time remote Recruiter to join our mission-driven Talent Acquisition team. This 20 hours/week role offers daytime hours Monday through Friday, with occasional travel for recruiting events and job fairs.

You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage the recruitment process in collaboration with the Senior People Operations Generalist and DESS Centers to meet staffing needs and enhance our employee value proposition.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Human Resources, preferably recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with multiple candidate identification techniques.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and screen candidates for Devereux Center roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with Senior People Operations Generalist and centers nationwide.
• Support executive level recruitment and international initiatives as needed.
