Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a part-time remote Recruiter to join our growing team. This 20-25 hour/week role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for our clients, collaborating with hiring teams to understand needs and culture, posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Travel to local client sites may be required within the Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati area though largely remote. You'll need at least 3+ years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred).
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling and interviewing.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and culture.
• Develop and post job descriptions across platforms to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client teams.
• Provide guidance on hiring best practices and compliance; monitor recruitment metrics.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Travel locally to client sites as needed.
