Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a recruiter for remote, 30 hours per week with local travel to client sites in Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati and surrounding areas. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years of recruiting experience.

You will manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing, while collaborating with clients to understand hiring needs and culture. PHr/SHRM-CP preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• 3+ years recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, passive outreach, screening, scheduling, and interviewing.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements.
• Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teams.
• Provide guidance on hiring best practices and compliance as well as monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo).
