Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time remote Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This 20 hours/week role offers daytime hours, flexible scheduling, and occasional travel for events.

You will source candidates, screen resumes by phone, and partner with the Senior People Operations Generalist to meet staffing needs and strengthen our candidate pipeline. Starting pay is $28.02/hour, with potential increases for education and experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Human Resources (recruitment) required
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and HRIS/ATS
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site recruitment for Devereux Center's specialty roles on a national scale
• Attract, source and phone-screen qualified candidates for interviews
• Develop candidate pipelines to reduce time-to-hire and expand the pool
• Support center high-volume needs, executive level recruiting and travel as needed
