Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide remote support to recruiters across multiple markets in a temporary, part-time role (20 hours per week).

You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain ATS data, assist with onboarding and day-to-day recruiting operations, delivering a strong candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of admin, customer service, scheduling coordination, or office support experience preferred.
• Recruiting, HR, staffing, healthcare, or talent acquisition experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to recruiters across multiple locations in a remote environment.
• Assist with sourcing and recruiting activities, including posting job advertisements and reviewing candidate applications.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews as needed to assess qualifications and interest.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant information within the ATS.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Support recruiters with employment verification, background check tracking, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Partner with recruiting team members to provide status updates and help ensure hiring processes move forward efficiently.
• Assist with special recruiting projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
