Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or related HR experience.
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using ATS and online recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates across programs and departments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and track progress.
• Engage with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Support onboarding communication and scheduling for new hires.
• Participate in recruitment events and community outreach.
