Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter for a fully remote, W-2 position with flexible hours. You will independently manage end-to-end recruiting, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and assisting with onboarding.

The ideal candidate has prior recruiting or staffing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms.
• Review applications and resumes.
• Source candidates when needed.
• Contact candidates by phone, email, and text.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and applicant records.
• Assist with offer and onboarding coordination.
• Keep hiring managers updated on recruitment activity and candidate progress.
• Recruit for various positions based on openings.
