Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a reliable Part-Time Recruiter to support hiring across a variety of positions with a flexible schedule. This is a fully remote, W-2 role that lets you choose your own hours and work from home.

You will post openings, review resumes, source candidates, conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding while keeping hiring managers updated on progress. Prior recruiting experience is preferred but not required for capable candidates.

The recruiting workload is manageable, but we are looking for someone who has prior recruiting experience and can independently handle the hiring process from start to finish.
