Job summary

Play Academy is seeking a proactive Part-Time Recruiter to support hiring across multiple markets in a fully remote role. Candidates in the Eastern Time zone are preferred, with approximately 2 hours per day and up to 10 hours per week.

The recruiter will create and manage job requisitions, source and interview candidates, refresh postings, and move applicants through the process, independently and with minimal supervision.

• Ability to create and manage job postings and requisitions.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, and communication.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create, post, and manage job requisitions and postings.

• Review applications and resumes; conduct initial interviews.
• Refresh older postings to increase visibility and activity.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and communicate progress.
