Happy Global is seeking a part-time Recruiter to support a growing recruiting team. The role focuses on sourcing, outreach, screening, and pipeline management across multiple functions and industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable candidate outreach and phone calls.
• Strong research skills and ability to understand industries quickly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Organized with multiple recruiting pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping for assigned positions.
• Reach out to potential candidates through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls to understand experience, motivation, compensation, and availability.
• Evaluate qualifications against job requirements and prepare summaries.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruiting records.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates.
• Support recruiters and account managers on ongoing client searches.
• Assist with recruiting-related research and other projects as needed.
