Responsibilities

• Post and manage job openings on recruiting platforms.
• Review applications and resumes.
• Source candidates when needed.

• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and applicant records.
• Assist with offer and onboarding coordination.
• Keep hiring managers updated on recruiting activity and candidate progress.
