Job summary

Mercor is hiring practicing outpatient physicians (MD/DO) to review, annotate, and evaluate clinical documentation for an AI-enabled healthcare partner. You will apply ambulatory expertise to ensure accuracy and safety of AI-generated notes.

Open to any specialty, you must be US-based and currently practicing in outpatient settings, with English plus another language at advanced level (C1+). Remote, part-time role with a minimum of 10 hours/week.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, currently practicing in outpatient ambulatory care
• US-based residency or practice location
• Direct experience writing outpatient clinical notes
• Advanced proficiency (C1+) in English plus at least one other language

Responsibilities

• Clinical Documentation Review: assess notes for accuracy and completeness
• Annotation & Structured Feedback: flag gaps and inaccuracies with detailed input
• Knowledge Contribution: help refine guidelines and edge cases
