Job summary

Mercor is seeking physicians to review and annotate outpatient clinical notes for AI systems. You will ensure accuracy and clinical relevance of documentation and provide structured feedback to engineering teams.

This is a fully remote, part-time contract (minimum 10 hours/week) with weekly payments. Advanced language skills in a non-English language are required in addition to English, and prior experience writing clinical notes in outpatient settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO actively practicing in outpatient/ambulatory setting
• Advanced (C1+) proficiency in at least one non-English language
• Minimum availability of 10 hours/week
• US-based healthcare professional and capable of writing clinical notes

Responsibilities

• Review outpatient notes, encounter summaries, and EHR documentation for accuracy and clinical soundness
• Annotate outpatient data and provide structured feedback on AI-generated output
• Contribute expert input on guidelines and edge-case definitions
• Raise clarifying questions to refine guidelines
