Qualifications

• Direct experience writing outpatient clinical notes.
• Advanced (C1+) proficiency in English plus at least one other language from the listed options.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Documentation Review: Review outpatient notes and EHR documentation for accuracy and clinical soundness.
• Annotation & Structured Feedback: Annotate data, flag omissions and inaccuracies, and provide structured feedback for engineering and product teams.
• Knowledge Contribution: Contribute guidance on guidelines and edge-case definitions, raise clarifying questions as needed.
