Job summary

Mercor is seeking practicing outpatient physicians (MD/DO) to review, annotate, and evaluate clinical documentation for AI-driven medical tools. The role is remote, part-time, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, open to any specialty, and requires advanced proficiency in at least one additional language.

US-based clinicians are welcome to apply. Ideal candidates will have direct experience writing clinical notes in outpatient settings and familiarity with Epic, CDI concepts, or AI

Qualifications

• MD or DO currently practicing in outpatient setting.
• US-based.
• Experience writing clinical notes in outpatient setting.
• Advanced proficiency (C1+) in at least one language besides English.
• Languages include Czech, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, Vietnamese, or Finnish.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Review outpatient notes and EHR documentation for accuracy.
• Annotate encounter data against guidelines and flag gaps.
• Provide structured feedback for engineering and product teams.
• Contribute to annotation guidelines and edge-case definitions.
