Job summary

Mercor, on behalf of a healthcare AI partner, seeks practicing outpatient physicians to review, annotate, and evaluate clinical documentation for AI systems. This multilingual cohort requires English plus at least one other advanced language.

Remote, part-time role with minimum 10 hours/week in the US. Open to any specialty; experience in writing clinical notes is essential for ongoing feedback and guideline refinement.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, currently practicing in outpatient/ambulatory setting
• US-based
• Direct experience writing clinical notes in outpatient setting
• Advanced proficiency (C1 or above) in English and at least one other listed language (Czech, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, Vietnamese, Finnish)

Responsibilities

• Clinical Documentation Review: review outpatient notes, summaries, and EHR docs for accuracy and clinical soundness
• Annotation & Structured Feedback: annotate data, flag omissions and inaccuracies, provide structured feedback for engineering/product teams
• Knowledge Contribution: contribute input on guidelines and edge-case definitions, raise clarifying questions to refine guidance
